How do I use the touch controls?

Simply tap the power button to turn the DinoLight™ on or off.
Long press the power button to adjust the brightness levels up or down.
Double-tap the power button to activate the 15-minute timer function. Your DinoLight™ will breathe twice to let you know it's started counting!

Does my DinoLight™ include a charging cable?

Yes! A USB-C charging cable is included with each DinoLight™. We recommend charging from low-power wall plugs or from a laptop/PC to preserve the battery life.

Is the DinoLight™ safe for kids?

Absolutely! The DinoLight™ is made from non-toxic and drop-resistant materials with no sharp edges - designed with kids in mind.

Help! My DinoLight™ isn't turning on. Is it faulty?

Your DinoLight™ has likely fallen asleep in the box during shipping. We recommend you charge it with the included USB-C cable.

Your first use may require you to press and hold the power button for 5-seconds to wake your DinoLight™ from hibernation.

How long does it take my DinoLight™ to fully charge?

The DinoLight™ takes around 2.5 hours (150 minutes) to fully charge.

Where can I find my tracking number?
